1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Posefore Wash & Polish ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
The Company provides mobile car wash and detailing services across all areas of Kuwait. Services include exterior wash, interior cleaning, polishing, and more, depending on the selected package.
3. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings are made via phone or WhatsApp on 96091976.
- Please confirm your appointment at least 30 minutes before the team's arrival.
- If the customer is not present at the agreed location, the booking is considered cancelled.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM — 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.
- Payment is accepted in cash, bank transfer, or approved payment apps.
- Monthly subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be cancelled free of charge at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a nominal fee.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (accidents, weather, etc.).
6. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for informing the team of any existing damage or scratches before the service begins.
- Valuables should be removed from the vehicle before the service.
- The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle.
7. Quality Guarantee
The Company is committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work to find a suitable resolution.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and do not share your personal data with third parties. Information provided is used solely for service coordination and communication purposes.
10. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent Kuwaiti courts.
